We provide customized event planning, coordination, and management services as per the agreed proposal. Any additional services requested will require a separate agreement.
3. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule in the proposal.
- Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

- Any damages caused by the client or their guests to rented equipment or venues will be the client’s responsibility.

- Clients must provide accurate details about their event requirements, timelines, and guest counts.
- Any changes to the event plan must be communicated promptly.
7. Vendors & Third Parties
- We collaborate with trusted vendors; however, we are not liable for their performance.
- Clients may use their preferred vendors but must coordinate their activities with us.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will only be used to facilitate event planning and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Acceptance
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
